
Sankuanz, based by Chinese language designer Shangguan Zhe, landed in Paris to current its FW25 assortment titled “Chöd – Laughter of the Dakinis.” Drawing his core inspiration from the Tibetan Buddhist meditative follow of Chöd, Zhe’s newest providing hovers between the poles like historical spirituality and fashionable functionalism, previous and current, and East and West.
The presentation opened with all-black numbers characterised by Chinese language collars and diagonal plackets, recalling the designer’s heritage whereas sustaining a decidedly modern sensibility.
