Horsfield has spent six years at N Brown Group, serving as transformation director from 2022 to 2025 and buying and selling and merchandising director from 2019 to 2022.
Previous to this, he was merchandising director at Boohoo between 2014 and 2019 and labored in varied merchandising roles throughout a ten-year tenure at Very Group.
