ServiceNow’s acquisition of enterprise AI startup Moveworks is reportedly drawing regulatory scrutiny.

The acquisition is at the moment beneath evaluate for antitrust by the U.S. Justice Division, in keeping with Bloomberg, which cited sources aware of the matter. The probe started in June, Bloomberg reported, and each corporations have since acquired a “second request” calling for extra data that must be offered earlier than the deal can transfer ahead.

ServiceNow introduced it was buying Moveworks for $2.85 billion in March. On the time, ServiceNow predicted the deal would shut within the second half of 2025.
