Intel’s new CEO Lip-Bu Tan appears able to get proper to work to show across the struggling firm.
The semiconductor large’s new govt is contemplating sweeping modifications for the corporate’s chip manufacturing and AI methods, in line with Reuters, together with slicing center administration workers and revamping the corporate’s strategy to manufacturing chips. Tan reportedly advised firm staff that he would want to make “powerful choices” to get the corporate again on monitor.
Tan was introduced as Intel’s new CEO final week. He rejoins the corporate on Tuesday after exiting Intel’s board in August 2024 over clashes with Intel’s former CEO Pat Gelsinger.
