Shock! There’s a brand new Kendrick Lamar visible on your Friday. To make issues even higher, it’s the official music video for the SZA-featuring GNX lower “luther.”
Arriving simply forward of the duo’s Grand Nationwide Tour, the “luther” visible is a cinematic envisioning of the fan-favorite Luther Vandross and Cheryl Lynn sampling tune. The Karena Evans-directed visible sees each High Dawg Leisure artists navigating their respective love pursuits, with black-and-white clips pieced collectively amidst a choose few in-color pictures.
SZA and Lamar are seen collectively in only one scene, a putting wide-angle shot of the duo sitting on a bench in a blue-hued hallway. Each Lamar and SZA every run by a group of fascinating outits as effectively, serving modern but elevated designer seems to be all through the moody montage.
Romantic at coronary heart, similar to the tune itself, the video closes out with the unique model of Vandross and Lynn’s “If This World Have been Mine.”
