Jeep has unveiled the Convoy Idea, a rugged homage to its storied lineage of army and civilian vehicles. Constructed on the 2025 Gladiator Mojave platform, the idea car attracts direct inspiration from the unique 1963 Gladiator SJ and the following J-Sequence vehicles, mixing retro styling cues with fashionable off-road functionality.
The Convoy Idea instructions consideration with its matte Ghost Ops exterior, a specifically designed “J-truck” hood and a one-of-a-kind seven-slot grille embedded with amber LED ahead lighting. A 12,000-lb Warn Zeon winch sits proudly up entrance, whereas chocolate brown canvas half-doors and an identical cover lend a basic utilitarian aesthetic. Excessive-clearance flares accommodate aggressive 40-inch BFGoodrich Krawler tires wrapped round 17-inch Warn wheels.
Inside, the Convoy channels classic army ruggedness with Mil Spec O.D. Inexperienced bed-lined flooring and parts. Low-back distressed brown leather-based seats full the throwback look, giving the cabin a purposeful but lived-in really feel. On the time of writing, Jeep has not introduced any plans to supply the idea as a manufacturing car.
