
Jeep has unveiled its “Bug Out” 4xe Idea, a stripped-down, ultralight tackle the Wrangler Rubicon 4xe constructed for contemporary overlanding adventures. Designed with weight administration in thoughts, the idea blends the ruggedness of a Jeep with the minimalism of ultralight tenting, providing a totally succesful electric-assisted off-road rig with a watch towards sustainability and effectivity.
Completed in a particular PEA51 matte silver with yellow accents, the Bug Out 4xe incorporates a raised roof for added area, a Gladiator-style tailgate, customized physique panels and auxiliary battery packs built-in into the edges. Its 12-inch prolonged physique homes a high-clearance rear bumper and drop tailgate, whereas 37-inch BFGoodrich KM3 tires wrap round light-weight Forgeline wheels for critical path clearance.
Inside, the idea is outfitted for journey. Waterproof bed-lined flooring, modular mole panels and a flat rear area permit for simple shelter setup, together with a hammock-ready attachment system. A mounted Jeep-branded e-scooter provides a last contact, giving drivers a secondary mode of eco-friendly exploration for as much as 40 minutes at a time. On the time of writing, Jeep has not introduced any plans to carry the idea into manufacturing.
