As New York Metropolis eyes the top of winter (and Decrease East Siders crave Awake NY’s Orchard Avenue block events), the Angelo Baque-led model is setting the stage for the oncoming months with the disclosing of its Spring 2025 assortment.
On the core of the gathering, Awake NY inked its second collaboration with the Gil Scott-Heron property to curate a capsule honoring the legendary American poet and singer’s legacy. The lineup homes a hoodie emblazoned with the album art work for The Thoughts of Gil Scott-Heron throughout its entrance and the file’s tracklist on its again, in addition to a basic dad hat embroidered with the music titles from Scott-Heron’s debut 1971 album Items of a Man.
Along with the road’s Scott-Heron items, Awake NY’s Spring 2025 assortment is filled with the model’s seasonal staples, like “Actual Tree” camouflage prints, workwear jackets, and branded jerseys. Rounding out the vary, there’s, in fact, an onslaught of logo-laden hoodies and T-shirts, in addition to a shiny blue trench coat printed with emblematic imagery.
The lookbook, pictured above, notably contains Awake NY’s new Air Jordan 5 collaboration. The “Arctic Pink” design, which sees Awake’s “A” motif on the lateral midfoot, is rumored to drop on August 29 for $210 USD.
Awake NY’s Spring 2025 assortment will drop on Saturday, March 1, on the model’s NYC flagship retailer, which is positioned at 62 Orchard St. The road will then launch on-line on Saturday, March 8. Check out the lineup within the gallery above.
