CAMPERLAB Paris Store Opening Designed by Crosby Studios


Led by Finnish designer Achilles Ion Gabriel, CAMPERLAB has opened its first standalone retailer devoted to the Camper label’s unisex footwear, attire and equipment. The area, designed by Crosby Studios, borrows from the design agency’s futuristic aesthetic to showcase CAMPERLAB’s merchandise in an unconventional method.

Positioned at 15 rue Debelleyme in Le Marais, the shop embodies Crosby Studios’ philosophy of “Transformism” — described as an idea “the place acquainted supplies and objects are reworked, altering the notion of area.” From the surface, the design invitations curiosity from passing pedestrians by means of smashed concrete partitions, providing small peeks of the inside. Within the retailer, Crosby Studios embeds CAMPERLABS fixtures inside comparable concrete vignettes, including an expressive twist to the shop shows.
