Lehmann Maupin: Kim Yun Shin, ‘Add Two Add One’
Pioneering Korean artist Kim Yun Shin’s solo exhibition with Lehmann Maupin spans No.9 Cork Road and the gallery’s New York area. Kim emerged as a key voice within the post-war South Korean artwork scene, overcoming societal norms to work as a feminine sculptor in a male-dominated sphere. That includes work and sculptures from the Nineteen Nineties to the current, this London exhibition traces Kim’s creative improvement, her influences derived from her early nomadic life, and her connection to the pure and religious worlds round her, which, aged 90, she continues to discover in her studio in Paju, South Korea.

THIS IS NO FANTASY: Johnathon World Peace Bush, ‘Strolling Between Two Worlds’
First Nations Australian artist Johnathon World Peace Bush paints with pure pigments within the three colors of Tiwi land – white, yellow and pink. Reimagining anthropological photographs, Bush’s works depict Tiwi individuals and colonial figureheads, combining ceremonial decoration and body-paint design with Western art-historical imagery.

Vadehra Artwork Gallery: Astha Butail, ‘A Transcendent Power’
Astha Butail makes her solo London debut with ‘A Transcendent Power’, offered by Vadehra Artwork Gallery and curated by Linsey Younger. The exhibition consists of seven latest installations and sculptures, alongside combined media works on paper, textile and wooden, rendered in a predominantly monochromatic palette. Utilizing geometric types, Butail interrogates how totally different parts of an entity come collectively to kind an entire.
