Finnish designer, inside architect and professor Yrjö Kukkapuro has handed away on the age of 91, a press release by his studio has stated.
Kukkapuro, whose profession spanned seven many years, died on February 8, 2025 at his residence in Kauniainen.

His assistant didn’t have time to make drawings of the chair.”
Kukkapuro was born on April 6, 1933, in Vyborg Finland (now a part of Russia), and rising up in post-war Finland, he developed an early curiosity in artwork and design.
He went on to check on the Institute of Industrial Arts (now often known as Aalto College) in Helsinki, the place he educated below influential Finnish designers.
