Serving up 5 designs that intertwine “Mowalola’s iconography, angle, and sense of movement,” the duo brings the designer’s distinct visible language to decks dubbed Cheetah, JC, Pink, Moto, and Graffiti.
“Every one is a chunk of her language, reframed for the road, the gallery, or wherever you declare house,” the SKATEROOM web site reads. “Cheetah” comes dipped in a putting cheetah print with “Mowalola” written in white cursive on the underside of the deck, whereas the highest, crafted from 7-ply Grade A Canadian maple wooden, is stamped with the model’s bubbly “M” brand.
