Aesop has opened its newest retail house within the coronary heart of Madrid’s Las Salesas neighborhood, mixing native artistry with architectural magnificence. Designed by Matteo Ferrari and Ciszak Dalmas, the 105-square-meter retailer attracts inspiration from Spanish Modernism and the close by Palacio de Longoria.

Inside, the shop options the “Trencadís” mosaic method, with fragmented ceramics adorning the flooring, counters and shows in a nod to early Twentieth-century design. Pure gentle filters by way of hammered “Cathedral” glass, illuminating freestanding sinks crafted from Spanish Wild Granite, glass and walnut wooden.

A clear portico anchors the rear of the shop, providing a visible connection between back and front areas. Clay plaster partitions and wooden veneers full the house with heat and tactility, making a refined but inviting environment for guests.
